I made the frog award in Photoshop. I took a picture of the GIANT FROG HEAD and placed it on a layer over a green background, and added some text. I used a layer mask to make part of the frog head fade out.

If you need it, I can help you make the BAM Award icon. I think it’s an important award. :)
