About RegularMom
Doing my part to show the world that the home- schooling community is more than just a bunch of crazy fundamentalists. There's plain old regular crazy people who homeschool, too. Like me.

I was talking to a friend today and she was eating a bowl of cereal and her 11 yo daughter came in and said life!! and my friend was dreading the preteen hormonal outburst she thought was gonna happen until she realized that her daughter was reading the cereal box. haha cute pic!
I know exactly what you mean. My youngest daughter does that a lot. She’s turning 4 years old TODAY, and lately it seems like she’s reading lots of signs and labels. I know it’s just basic memorization, but it’s still a bit disconcerting to hear her do it.
My little one is 4 now. When the hell did that happen?
